I’ve placed a few orders with Heist. Their products are really great but the customer service can be shockingly bad. If a product is out of stock or on back order, they won’t even get in touch to let you know, you just wait for weeks on end until you ask what’s going on. If you’ve placed a large order and one item is out of stock, nothing gets sent out and you just have to wait.
Even now, I know two people who’ve ordered from them. One had their item dispatched within 24 hours, the other is waiting and it’s starting to feel ominously similar to my previous experiences.
My advice? If you want to buy for a specific event, email them and make sure what you want is in stock because it seems their website isn’t entirely honest…

Useless. That kind of company that operates with such hubris it publishes things like 'be aware your order may be delayed because of the sale'.
So if you know the sale is going to be popular - Heist - why don't you make sure you don't mess customers around by organising yourselves beforehand with one of the umpteen courier companies that exist - on standby. Or extra staff.

Too busy counting money and flogging/marketing yourselves - no time for actual customers without whom there wouldn't be anything to market.

I ordered 27/5 - an item for my daughter to take away with her on 5.6.

9 days in and nothing - not an email or text or anything.

Useless.

I brought the Sheer Triangle Bralette and it’s was the worst bra I ever used. The quality was really bad.
Sent an email to the company expressing my disappointment.
I can’t return it because I used.
Absolutely will not buying anything more from Heist brand.

Prefer HEDOINE & Wolford
I would say I probably tried every pair of tights on this planet as I wear them almost every day. While I am really impressed by the softness and comfort of Heist, they just break so easily. I’ve given it a few tries. But one even broke while putting them on. And the weird enhancement on the side of the seam, which seems that it’s trying to prevent it from ripping there - which it doesn’t - simply looks like a production error. Would buy HEDOINE every time over Heist for its durability, looks and feel. And Wolford for its durability - though not as comfortable, but def way more durable.

Heist products are great quality and always delivered in perfect condition with lovely packaging. I recently damaged a pair of tights, and Heist has issued a brand new pair free of charge. Customer service is excellent and quick!

Love these tights. They are so comfortable with no muffin top.

Great company to due business with. Shipped out fast, to USA and arrived without inspection. I was pleased at the size options for seamless tights.As a male, the larger size option seams to be fine for my body shape, and the high waist is very comfortable. As many already know, there are many manufactures of seamless tights of various den thickness, but many or most don't offer sizes above the 180 lb. range. For those of us, Males, that are larger, it seems that Heist went the extra mile to satisfy the demands for a broader range of sizes.
So, Thank You all at Heist Studios for thinking of all of us of different body types.

The fabric Is very nice but the shape doesn’t help for pear shape bodies. I tried both L and XL. The fabric on the chest area is not supportive enough and was large on my waist area. Also since it’s very low cut it was very uncomfortable between my legs and didn’t feel sexy or my body didn’t feel embraced at all or empowered. It actually made me feel quite bad about my body when I’m usually very happy about it.

Chen in Customer Service was an absolute JOY. Quick to respond, super clear and very efficient. (I had a tiny issue with Heist's amazing Black Every Day Leggings and she very kindly sent me a replacement pair. So generous and thoughtful!) I love how inclusive Heist is with their sizing and model campaigns; how innovative their designs are; and how incredible the underwear makes you look and feel. Life long customer. You're the best.

Super comfy and great fit. Bought for dancing. Arrived really quickly and beautifully packaged.

I made my first order from Heist and really love the quality of the products which came beautifully packaged.

I did contact their customer service in regards to a refund of one of the items and they were very quick and helpful in responding abs sorting my query.

Will absolutely order again!

Lovely products, easy to wear and beautifully packed.

The tights look and feel really good on and don't have those obvious seams that show under tight dresses. Very good customer service after one pair laddered on first wear. They gave me a refund straightaway as they went out of stock in January right after I bought them. I also received a free replacement pair a few days ago.

I bought a pair - comfy and good quality. Then received email offering a discount if I refer a friend, however when I clicked the link, it said the page did not exist, though I could continue shopping without discount- cheap trick?
